Signature Arribas Cuisine is a reflection of our chef’s creative personality and follows the values of contemporary cuisine: simple and relaxing, but full of experiences.
Our cuisine is a mix of Portuguese and mediterranean flavours with a hint of Asian influence, which takes us on a gastronomic journey from Sintra all the way to Asia, passing through the mediterranean sea.
All this, in a beautiful venue that offers a terrace overlooking the Atlantic and our 100-meter ocean pool, where the sunset never ceases to amaze.
